Accidents/Accident ReportsReports are available to the public and insurance companies. Cost of a reportable accident report is $15.00, and cost for a non-reportable accident is $15.00.

Incident Reports: Incident reports are available with the Chief of Police's approval. Person requesting reports will be charged $15.00 for each report approved for release.

Domestic Reports: A subpoena is required for any and all domestic incident reports, and $15.00 per report will be charged.

Any resident attempting to contact Saint Clair Borough Hall at 570-429-0640, be advised that normal business hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM. All calls placed to 570-429-0640 after normal business hours, on weekends and holidays are forwarded to the Saint Clair Police Department. Police Officers can only assist in the case of an emergency and can not provide information related to such matters as such as utility and sanitation services. Such calls should be directed to the borough offices during normal business hours.
